1. Following the two dimensional examples of information visualisation presented in the lecture explore how your developing Porosity Lens might take advantage of one, a few, or many of the techniques discussed to increase either the number of dimensions that can be represented or the data density of your Porosity Lens.

2. Following Vinh Nguyen's demonstration at the lecture, and notes on his blog Adding Custom Sounds to Crysis Wars, import your own custom sound into Crysis Wars.

3. Upload a 30 second (Max!) video clip documenting the explorations from step 1 and the custom sound in action from step 2; you should use your sketch installation as a venue for this.

Complete by the beginning of the next tutorial.

1. Complete the second draft of your Porosity Lens documentary.

2. Write a paragraph describing how the the tutorial subject you've decided on will elevate one's understanding of the media beyond that of a typical user. This will contribute to the final 500 word text required in the Research Assignment.

Note: from now on your Porosity Lens and Installation will develop in collaboration with each other.

3. Keep adding to your Research post as you find more valuable info during the rest of the course. This will help you immeasurably with your Research assignment.
